Accommodation Terms and Conditions

(Scope of application)

Article 1

  1. The accommodation contracts concluded and related to the hotel’s agreements with the Guests shall be pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws, regulations or generally established customs.
  2. When the Museum responds to a special agreement to the extent that it is not contrary to laws and regulations, the sp
    ecial agreement shall prevail, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

 

(Application for accommodation contract)

Article 2

  1. If you are interested in applying for a accommodation contract with the hotel, you will be asked to ask the following:
    1. Name of guest
    2. Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
    3. Night rate (as a general rule, based on the basic accommodation fee in Table 1.)
    4. Other matters that the museum deems necessary
  2. If a guest offers to continue his/her accommodation beyond the date of stay in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during his/her stay, the Hotel will treat the hotel as if there was an application for a new accommodation agreement at the time of the offer.

 

(Establishment of accommodation contracts, etc.)

Article 3

  1. The accommodation contract shall be established when the hotel accepts the application of the preceding article.However, this shall not be the case when the hotel proves that it has not been accepted.
  2. When a accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provision of the preceding paragraph, the application fee stipulated by the Hotel shall be paid by the date specified by the Hotel, up to the basic accommodation fee for the stay period (3 days above three days).
  3. The application fee shall first be applied to the room rate that the Guest ultimately pays, and when the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, the application fee shall be applied in the order of compensation following the penalty, and if there is any remaining amount, it will be refunded at the time of payment of the fee pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.
  4. If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Museum pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation agreement shall be lost in effect.However, it is only when the hotel notifies the Guest that the application fee will be paid.

 

(Special agreement that does not require payment of application fee)

Article 4

  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may respond to a special agreement that does not require payment of the application fee set forth in paragraph (1) after the conclusion of the contract.
  2. In accepting the application for accommodation agreement, if the Museum does not request payment of the application fee set forth in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article, or if it does not specify the payment date for the application fee, it will be treated as in accordance with the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph.

 

(Refusal to conclude accommodation contract)

Article 5

  1. The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of a accommodation contract in the following cases:
    1. When the application for accommodation does not depend on these terms and conditions.
    2. When there is no room room due to the full room.
    3. When the person who intends to stay is found to be at risk of acting in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals with respect to accommodation.
    4. When the person who intends to stay is deemed to be one to three of the following.

(Right to terminate contract of the guest)

Article 6

  1. Guests can request to the hotel and cancel the accommodation contract.
  2. The Hotel may terminate all or part of the accommodation agreement for reasons that the Guest should attribute to the responsibility (except when the Hotel has specified the payment date of article 3, paragraph 2 and requests payment, except that the Guest terminates the accommodation contract prior to payment.will be charged a penalty, depending on the listed in Table 2.However, in the event that the Hotel has made a special agreement under Article 4, paragraph 1, the Hotel shall only notify the Guest of the obligation to pay a penalty when the Guest terminates the accommodation contract in response to the special agreement.

Article 7

  1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:

    2. When the guest is deemed to be in the following one to three.

(Registration of accommodation)

Article 8

(Room hours)

Article 9

  1. Guests can use the hotel’s rooms from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. the next morning.However, in the case of consecutive lodging, it can be used all day except for the arrival date and the departure date.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may respond to flights in out-of-hours rooms as set forth in the same paragraph.In this case, the following additional charges will be charged.
    1. Up to 3 hours extra time, one-third of the room fee (or equivalent to the room fee)
    2. Up to 6 hours extra time, one-second (or equivalent to room charge) of the room fee
    3. For excess 6 hours or more, the full amount of the room fee (or equivalent to the room fee)
  3. The equivalent amount of room fee set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be 70% of the basic accommodation fee.

 

(Compliance with the Rules of Use)

Article 10

Guests are required to comply with the rules of use posted on the premises by the hotel in the hotel.

(Payment of fee)

Article 12

  1. The breakdown of the room rates that guests have to pay depends on the listed in Table 1.
  2. Payment of the room rates set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of the guest’s departure or when the hotel requests it, depending on the currency or the method that may be replaced by the hotel’s permitted travel cheques, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, etc.
  3. Please also be advised that the hotel will provide the guest rooms and, in the event that the guest has not been accommodated, the hotel will be charged.

 

(Responsibility of the Hotel)

Article 13

  1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for any damages incurred by the Guest in the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts.However, this is not the case if it is not due to reasons to blame the museum.

(Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)

Article 14

  1. If the Hotel is unable to provide the guest with a contracted room, the Hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, ensure that the accommodation sits on the same terms and conditions as much as possible.
  2. The Hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty if the hotel is unable to make a difference of other accommodation, not to be pursued pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and the compensation fee will be used for damages.However, we will not pay compensation fees if there is no reason to blame the hotel for not being able to provide the room.

 

(Handling of deposits, etc.)

Article 15

  1. In the event of damage to goods, cash, valuables, etc. that the Guest has deposited at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for the damage, except in cases where it is force majeure.However, cash and valuables are in the event that the Hotel requested a statement of its type and value, and if the guest does not do so, the Hotel will compensate for the damage, up to 10,000 yen.
  2. (Storage of passenger baggage or mobile items)

Article 16

  1. If the guest’s baggage arrives at the hotel prior to the stay, it will be kept responsibly only when the hotel has agreed before its arrival and will be delivered to you when the guest checks in at the reception.
  2. If the guest’s baggage or portable goods have been forgotten by the hotel after the guests have checked out, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions when the owner has found out.However, if the owner does not provide instructions or if the owner is not identified, it will be stored for seven days, including the date of discovery, and then delivered to the nearest police station.
  3. The Hotel’s responsibility for the storage of the guest’s baggage or portable goods in the case of paragraph (2) of the preceding paragraph shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, in the case of paragraph (1) of paragraph (1) of the preceding paragraph, and in the case of paragraph (2) of the same Article.

 

(Responsibility for parking)

Article 17

When guests use the hotel’s parking lot, regardless of the deposit of the vehicle key, the hotel is for rent and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle.However, in the management of the parking lot, when damage is caused by the intention or negligence of the hotel, it is left to the responsibility of the compensation.

 

(Responsibility of the Guest)

Article 18

If the Hotel suffers damage due to the purpose or negligence of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
